Twice in this passage God says, \u201cyou will know that I am the Lord.\u201d<\/strong> Why does He say this?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 7. Read Ezekiel 28:25-26<\/strong>. Why does the Lord say, \u201cthey will know that I am the Sovereign Lord\u201d<\/strong> and later \u201cthey will know that I am the Lord their God\u201d<\/strong>? <\/p>\n 9. Read Ezekiel 37<\/strong>. <\/p>\n 10. Read Zephaniah 3<\/strong>. b. Who will remain (verses 12-14<\/strong>)?<\/p>\n c. What will the Lord do for the remnant of Israel?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 11. Read Zechariah 2<\/strong>. What city will be a city without walls? Who will be a fire around it? Where will the Lord live? When will He live there? Who will live there with the Lord?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n 12. Read Zechariah 12-14<\/strong>. Zechariah<\/strong> was written after the remnant of Jews returned from their captivity in Babylon and were in the process of rebuilding their temple. Ezra<\/strong> and Haggai<\/strong> are companion books. However, \u201cthat day\u201d<\/strong> concerns a future time? What will happen to Israel on that day? b. What will happen to every horse and its riders?<\/p>\n c. Who will the leaders of Judah consume?<\/p>\n d. Who will the Lord save first? Why?<\/p>\n e. Why will Israel mourn (verses 10-14<\/strong>)?<\/p>\n f. \u00a0Who will be cleansed from sin and impurity?<\/p>\n g. Who will be removed from the land?<\/p>\n h. What will happen to Jerusalem when the nations fight against her?<\/p>\n k. Who will fight against the nations? Who will come with Him? Where will He stand?<\/p>\n l. What will happen to the Mount of Olives?<\/p>\n m. Why will that day be a unique day?<\/p>\n n. With what plague will the Lord strike the nations that fight against Jerusalem? What will a similar plague strike?<\/p>\n o. What will be collected?<\/p>\n p. Who will go up year after year to worship the King? What will happen if they don\u2019t?<\/p>\n q. What will HOLY TO THE LORD be inscribed on?<\/p>\n r. Who will no longer be found in the house of the Lord Almighty?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n 13. Read Matthew 24:1-31<\/strong>. When do the events of Zechariah 12-14<\/strong> take place in Matthew 24<\/strong>?<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 14. Read Revelation 7<\/strong>, 14<\/strong>, 11<\/strong>, 12<\/strong> and 16:12-16<\/strong> watching for what pertains to Israel. b. List the events of Revelation 11<\/strong>.
